Such circumstances may come in the form of, but are not limited to, emergencies at the national level, errors that have to do with electrical failure, and a large amount of site-wide usage.

We are likewise allowed to allocate assigned specific service hours for each particular service that we provide. The schedule of these services, and any changes that may occur, shall be made aware of by you.

4. Obligations of the Users

By accessing and utilizing our Services, you should establish internet connectivity for your devices and assume responsibility for all associated communication fees incurred.

You are forbidden to participate in or partake of any actions mentioned below:

Using our services for business and similar reasons is not allowed unless approved before by us. We are not liable should any ill befall the business venture. Any loss on our part should be shouldered by you.

You are forbidden from using our Services to manage business activities including, but not limited to: hacking, publishing advertisements for the sole use of making money, peddling pornography, and other disturbing phenomena. Any of these actions shall be felt with by the relevant authorities and legal action could be taken against you.

You are responsible for any mobile charges that may apply to your use of our Service, including text messaging and data charges. If you’re unsure what those charges may be, you should ask your service provider before using the Service.

5. Transactions with Advertisers

Any losses or damages that may have occurred due to another user's taking part in promotional activities of an advertiser in which our services were used will not be made liable by us.

6. Restriction of Use

If you were to participate in any of the actions listed below, We may choose to bar the user from using our Services. This may occur without prior notice to you for any period:

• If you have prevented our Services from being delivered suitably;
• If you willingly and knowingly spread any harmful and offensive content that goes against morals and custom;
• If you, through our services, willingly make use of those services against national interest and the well-being of society;
• If you have used our services to harm another person intentionally, or is harmful in general;
• If you disrupt the stability and integrity of our Services by inputting massive amounts of data or advertising;
• If you make use of our Services to spread malicious software or viruses that could not only cause a loss of data but also compromise the integrity of the equipment and facilities;
• If you have stolen any intellectual property that rightfully belongs to us, a fellow user, or any third party;
• If you, with prior knowledge or without consent from us, duplicate spread any information they may have gathered while using our services, and do so for commercial use.
• If you go against the terms of use put together by us, or other relevant laws.

7. Content Rights

The term "Content" shall henceforth refer to any textual writing, graphics, images and pictures, audio and music, software, videos, and any work that we have done that has been published, generated, and such by them.

Content Ownership, Responsibility and Removal. We and its licensors own the exclusive rights, interests, and titles in, and to the Services of the Content. Falling under that category would be intellectual property rights. Our services and content are protected by laws that are relevant to copyright, trademark, and the like. This falls under the jurisdiction of all countries. You must not take away, change, or hide any content that denotes ownership of us.

8. Compensation for Damage

FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY HAVE OCCURRED BY YOU REGARDING YOUR PARTAKING OF OUR SERVICES, WHICH IS FREE OF CHARGE, WE SHALL NOT BE TO BLAME. THAT IS, OF COURSE, UNLESS IT IS US THAT HAS DONE SO WITH INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT AND GROSS NEGLIGENCE, BUT ANY LOSS WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRER US DOLLARS (USD 100) OR THE EQUIVALENT AMOUNT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY.

9. Exemption Clause

We shall be excused from the responsibility of having to produce its services should it be stopped due to a force of nature or an act of God.

• We shall not be blamed for any technical difficulties attributing the difficulty of usage of our Services if you are at fault.
• We shall not be blamed for any loss of profit that you had positive expectations for or any damages that may have come from it.
• The veracity and quality of the information and content that you have published is not something we are liable for.
• We are not liable for any harm caused by a user up to the point where it can already be considered willful misconduct or negligence on your part.
• We are not to be blamed for any User's penal responsibility that comes from information published on our Service that infringes the copyright or copyright programs of other persons.

10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

The Terms of Use will be ruled and interpreted according to the laws of Hong Kong. Should there be a conflict between you and us that would result in a lawsuit, the court capable will be the court that pursues the word of law. That is, if the conflict is between us whose address is outside of Hong Kong, will defer to the jurisdiction and judgment of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.
